Mary Broderick-CEO
Mary Broderick is the President/Owner of ClearView Research, Inc. in Rosemont, IL (Chicago) and ClearView Orlando Research, in Winter Park, FL . Mary opened ClearView Research, Inc. in 1996 after working for both Focus Group Facilities and a Full Service Research company as a Field Director. In September, 2011 Mary purchased About Orlando Research. Mary in the past was active in the Chicago Chapter of the MRA, serving as Treasurer and Director at Large. Mary is currently on the Board of the Florida Chapter of the MRA. Mary has a Bachelors of Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. Mary is the mother of three children and is an active volunteer.
Betty Holm – Vice President
Betty Holm is the Vice President at ClearView Research, Inc. in Rosemont, IL (Chicago). Betty started in market research in high school as a phone room recruiter was promoted to Communications Supervisor and with hard work became a Project Manager. Betty was asked to come on as Vice President of ClearView Research, Inc in 1999. Betty now handles the project management and ensures that the day to day responsibilities are met throughout the office. Betty strives to make sure that all of the client’s needs have been met with recruiting as well as with services once in the facility. Betty’s dedication and work ethic are a couple of many qualities that she holds. In addition to making sure that all runs well at ClearView at home she makes sure she spends quality time with her daughter born in 2010 and her twins (boy and girl) born in 2012.
Jeni Marsh –Managing Director
Jeni has been with ClearView Research since 2002. With over 10 years of experience at the Chicago office, she has excelled in multiple positions such as recruiter, hostess and phone room supervisor. Having been in many different areas of the business, it allows her to see the bigger picture in every situation. In January 2012, she was promoted to Managing Director for ClearView’s Orlando facility. Jeni is also a Director on the Board of the MRA Florida Chapter . In Jeni’s spare time, she enjoys discovering all the fun things to do in Florida - from visiting the theme parks to a day at the beach. “Choose a job you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” – Confucius
Betty Wyche– Communications Supervisor
Betty has been with ClearView Research- Orlando since 2011, formally About Orlando since 2003 as a recruiter and team leader. She quickly became an integral part of our team as a Communications Supervisor. Betty came to us with an extensive background in customer service and expertise in sales and marketing. These skills are demonstrated consistently, ensuring quality recruiting and customer satisfaction with every project. Her desire to meet and surpass project objectives is phenomenal. Betty cherishes the challenges of all aspects of her job responsibilities. Betty is the mother of three adult children and has three grandchildren who provide her a great deal of pleasure. She and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with family.
Lily Trejo – Communications Supervisor - Chicago
Lily Trejo has been with ClearView Research-Chicago since 2006. Ms. Trejo started as a phone room recruiter and after gaining more experience she became a client hostess. Throughout those six years, her strenuous efforts, hard work, and devotion drove her to where she currently holds the position as a Communications Supervisor. Her responsibility is to guarantee phone room staff is recruiting only the best, gathering all information, and putting it together to present clients with great, quality work. ClearView has given her the opportunity to develop new skills and improve as a whole. Outside of work, Ms. Trejo dedicates her time to her family & friends, watch movies, and enjoy leisure activities.
Patty Yepez – Communications Supervisor - Chicago
Patty has been with ClearView Research- Chicago since 2005. She started as a phone room recruiter and a client hostess. After five years of hard work and dedication, she became a Communications Supervisor. Patty ensures all of the recruits, made by the experienced phone room staff, meet all of the clients’ expectations. She also collects and puts together all of the information needed in order to have updates ready for clients. Her years at ClearView Research have helped her grow in many ways and taught her great work ethics. In her leisure time, she enjoys watching movies, playing/watching sports, dancing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
